Appointment Cancellation Policy

To ensure an exceptional experience for all guests and to reserve dedicated time with our stylists, a valid payment card is required to secure all appointments.

We respectfully request advance notice for any changes to your reservation:

  • Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.

  • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% service fee.

  • No-shows or refusal of service will incur a 100% service fee.

  • By reserving your appointment, you authorize us to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy.

We value your time as well as that of our team, and we appreciate your understanding in allowing us to deliver a seamless, elevated experience for every guest

Guest Policy

So all guests may experience a safe and pleasant environment, we request that only those receiving services attend the appointment. We accept guests of 13 years and older, however, some services may require parental release before the service an be rendered.

Service Adjustment and Return Policy

Services:

We want you to love your hair. If you have any concerns regarding your cut or color, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may evaluate and, if appropriate, make an adjustment.

Please note that adjustments are offered to refine the original service and do not extend to changes in preference or requests for a different result than what was initially agreed upon.

Requests made after 48 hours will be considered a new service and scheduled accordingly.

Products:

Unopened/Sealed products can be returned up to 14 days after purchase for a full refund.

Opened Products (barely used) can be returned up to 14 days for a salon credit. (No refunds)

*MUST be purchased from SAGE the Hair Studio.

*Hair tools and brushes can not be returned.
